Brian Lowery was an excellent communicator, transparent, and professional through the whole process. He was thorough in his initial inspection and provided follow-up inspections to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. Juan and Grisel were very respectful of property during the remediation/cleaning process. The teams hired for insulation removal and insulation installation were excellent as well!

I am writing this review to share my experience with Brian and team from Belfor Property Restoration. Brian met me at the beginning of the job and patiently answered all my questions and concerns related to the build out of my basement. He was polite, patient and professional. He sold me and lived up to his word. We talked through the timeline, what trades would be doing what activities; and when the job would be complete. A water leak from my dishwasher caused flooding on be my wood floor in the kitchen and my downstairs ceiling and carpet. My USAA insurance assigned BELFOR Restoration team who completed restoration replacing an 8 ft by 27 ft portion of my ceiling and damaged post also replaced carpet pad and resealed carpet to where no seams showed. Awesome work completed in a timely manner. The kitchen hard wood floor was sanded and resealed with a water based sealant designed to be odor free due to accommodate my wife's need to be on oxygen 24/7 and cannot have oil based odors.
