This company did a "presentation" about wills and trusts at the Colorado Springs Senior Center. They were told beforehand that their presentation was to be informational only, not sales - and that was ignored. The presenter did a "scare" presentation essentially saying that lawyers were greedy and having an estate plan with your assets going through the probate process would just tie up your estate for years and make the lawyers richer and that we should all trust their wealth management company with all of this. The presenter passed out information on how to get an estate plan notebook (cookie cutter documents) through their company for a fee (around $950, I think) so...read full review
