They are great salesman who make you feel like they actually care and will put in the effort to find the right rug for your needs. Yes, I paid more than somewhere like American furniture warehouse...but not THAT much more for considering the amazing quality and feel of the rugs that now grace my home. If I can give a 0 I would! Horrible customer service and a bully. We just walked in and before I could open my mouth I was greeted with, what do you want? what are you doing here? If this is how you treat your customers you should be very ashamed. My husband and I immediately turned around and walked away as him and another worker was laughing. I did go back in to let them know how rude they are and that I will never return. They than replied good! This is a very racists place that discriminated on me and my husband the moment we entered the store.

Went here for the first time last weekend. I just moved to Colorado Springs from out of state and needed an area rug for my apartment. They have so many beautiful rugs to pick from and all very high quality. It’s a family run business and they seem like such wonderful people. I forget the woman’s name that was the owner but she was so welcoming and friendly and even gave me some extra money off the rug I wanted for Valentine’s Day. Her son Arman (Armand? sorry I don’t know the spelling) was very kind and sweet and brought the rug to my car for me. All in all, wonderful experience and I love my new rug! I was happy to support a local family business and I wish I still had a house with more room because then I would definitely go back there for a second rug lol.
