Air Tech Mechanical came through for customers in a big way. The technicians were outstanding, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. One technician took a unit apart, diagnosed what was actually happening, cleaned the condenser properly, replaced failed components, checked the wiring, and saw the job all the way through. He came out same-day, got the system cooling again, and likely saved customers from a much larger and unnecessary replacement expense. The company is very professional and super easy to work with. Turn around time on two commercial rooftop units was really fast. Great customer service is provided, and the business is highly recommended for being very reliable and very affordable. Some technicians, including Philly and Chris, replaced a/c coils and were in and out in about an hour and a half. However, some customers went a little over a week with no A/C with no contact from the company, and had to call back to order parts and schedule. Despite this, Air Tech Mechanical is recommended for all HVAC needs.

Hunter was the technician who handled the job, and he was outstanding. Experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. This was not a quick look-and-quote-the-replacement type of visit. He took the unit apart, diagnosed what was actually happening, cleaned the condenser properly, replaced failed components, checked the wiring, and saw the job all the way through.

I'm bad with names, but Philly & Chris were awesome. They had to replace the a/c coils. On the second visit they were in and out in about an hour and half.
The first visit was on Friday morning. My complaints are that we had to call them back on Monday to find out that they had to order the parts. Then call them back on Wednesday to schedule the replacement time for Thursday morning.
We went a little over a week with no A/C with temperatures in high 80's and low 90's with no contact from the company. It would have been better to have the office calling to say that we had to order parts and let us know the parts were in and then schedule the installation....read full review
In April of this year we upgraded our old furnace to a new furnace and added AC to our house in Kiowa, CO. We were VERY impressed with the amount of professional service we received. The gentlemen were extremely pleasant and the job was done in a day. We had two small instances where the company had to come back. Airtech came out right away,the next day, to deal with both instances and the issues were resolved. Even though we had a couple of hiccups, the company went above and beyond to take care of things without hesitation. This says a lot to me and we would absolutely use their service again.
