Definitely don't use these people. An extension was filed without my knowledge or consent. My payroll was done by a very inexperienced person who did not know what he was doing and I incurred penalties and had to figure out for myself what was done. I received no response to multiple texts and phone messages and was implicitly treated like I was the crazy one by the staff. And then of course I was billed.

I don't know where to start. Tracy has been my accountant for several years. I found out that both our businesses in 2017 weren''t filed and she didn't file for another business in 2019. There are major depreciation errors accounted for illegally and other errors too numerous to list. My new accountant says that to clean up all of the previous years errors, that it is going to take weeks to fix. All of our late returns are now at risk for examination by the IRS AND we have to pay for the correction. I relied on her as a professional and she was even kind of a friend, but she let us down for years. Now I know that. I have never left a negative review anywhere. I am suffering the consequences of her poor work and others should know this.

Tracy did our taxes a few years ago and was excellent. Since then I had been doing my own but found out I wasn’t claiming some things I could have been. She did this years taxes and all my amendments for the last three years. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the tax code. I would highly recommend her.
