Caleb did an excellent job on the initial cleaning, and when a few spots reappeared, James promptly sent him back to address the issue. We have used AAA MasterClean several times now over the past 6 years. They are very professional and always do a great job. We are hard on our carpets and they always look so nice after they clean them! This last time we had to reschedule our cleaning due to our vacuum giving out ahead of our original appointment and they were very gracious and got us rescheduled with no issues. Highly recommend their services, we will definitely be using them in the future!
