We stayed in Colorado Springs tonight and we went through as they were so nice and so accommodating him to tell what were tired and they really did a good job.

Used to be good - not sure what happened. Last 4 times we made a reservation (as required) and they were double booked or did not have enough people. Not sure why a reservation is required if you still can’t be seen. Tried to complain to the owner but he never responded.

In the beginning I loved the services.The owner, “Danny”, was/is really good.When they moved to the online scheduling, who you chose for your service was merely a request. I advised “Danny” of this after several less than adequate foot reflexology appts. My complaints stemmed from lack of pressure and the service provider falling asleep while providing the service.Today I left and decided not to leave a tip. I wasn’t satisfied with the pressure nor the quality of massage I got today. The lady was pointing to the tip section and I said, “no”. She called Danny over and said that is how she gets paid. I informed him that I am not obligated to include a tip. He said that is how she gets paid. I informed the lady (I hope she understood some of what I said) that she should be getting at least part of the service fee. If not, “Danny” is screwing her over!I generally always leave tips for services. I’ve never been confronted about LEAVING A TIP! Is he paying his employees appropriately?
