Trina and her team really went above and beyond (Jan - Mar 2023). I ordered glasses from them in early January ... but soon learned that there were major issues with my optometrist (a third party) giving me the most incompetent prescription diagnosis. As a result, there were MANY back-and-froth orders of frames and lenses (it took nearly 3 months before I finally received frames with the correct prescription!) But the team here were very understanding. They communicated well and they made sure that, despite the back and forth, I wouldn't have to pay an extra dime (having it fall under Walmart's awesome 60-day warranty). Trina was AMAZING! She fixed my glasses PERFECTLY!!! Trina takes care of her guests like they are members of her family. Walmart is lucky to have her as the face for their company! Thank you for your time and expertise!!!

I'm a project manager and travel constantly throughout the year. My glasses, which are as important to me as my breathing lately (!), well just the temples (honestly I just thought they were called the arms) just fell off. I wasn't sure what caused it but I headed to my neighborhood Wal-Mart to find out. I'm sorry but I don't know the gentleman's name. I very friendly, jovial, polite, helpful man with a red beard. I told him what happened - that my online glasses just disassembled before my eyes (no pun!). He told me to come back later.
