clinic is great, the providers are all really sweet and staff for the most part try their best, especially the MAs and care coordinators. They have some flaws but it sounds like they’re actively working on long-term solutions.
I have mixed feelings about this office. On one hand, they've been able to get my daughter the right medicine for her condition. the providers are kind, skilled and well versed in current medicine.
The problem is that the office is a mess! You can't even get a hold of a live person. You have to leave a message with an AI and they never call you back. In addition, you can send all sorts of messages on the portal and also you never get a call back or a written response. When you need to speak to a secretary in a timely manner for rescheduling it is an absolute pian as you have to deal with A.I. and there is absolutely no way possible to by pass the AI assistant. Leaves you in major Limbo.
