I would like to say thank you to Tye and his staff concerning a roof/skylight predicament that I had with another company. They listened to me, were willing to work with me, gave more than fair pricing for the repair, and did all this in an expeditious manner. Excellent company to work with and would highly recommend them for your future projects.
The team was great! They helped us with our claim and worked with our insurance so that we didn’t have to do much. Everyone we encountered was courteous and professional. The roofing team was great as well. Will definitely recommend this company to others.
Salesman Mike Augustine was not only professional and courteous, he handled our entire roofing claim from start to finish. I will recommend Total Roofing to my neighbors, family and friends! Thanks again Total Roofing for turning our negative experience, into a positive reminder that there are local businesses that do care about good quality work and service!
