Art was great to work with. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone and when it became clear it was a hardware issue, he talked me through the options, promptly picked up my equipment and gave it back quickly and with high quality. Seems to be working now! Art clearly knows what he’s doing.
Art is amazing. He repaired my computer quickly and at a reasonable price. He is very professional by being on time and clear about the costs up front. I thought the all 5 star reviews were too good to be true, but they are indeed correct. Art and Outreach PC Tech do high quality work. I found my new computer service person. The next time my computer decides to just straight up die on me and not even boot I know exactly who to give a call.
Outreach PC Tech is great company that functions with full integrity, their prices for computer repair are reasonable and fair. They are not into price gouging the customer based on the limited knowledge of technology we sometimes have. I had another company give a quote for 3 times that of what Outreach charged me in total, just for a diagnostic. I recommend this company 100%.
