Al was incredibly quick to respond once I reached out to him via text. He was able to come and look at my pc within just a couple of hours of contacting him. He was very kind and friendly to my cat while he was problem solving my issues. He couldn’t figure out the issue at first but went above and beyond and took my pc in to work on it after doing more research on my specific model and got it up and running again incredibly quick! He gave me a teacher discount as well and was great at communicating during the entire process. I will go to him for all of my future pc needs and highly recommend him!
