7600 E Arapahoe Rd #211, Centennial“I have been going to the Modern Chiropractic and Wellness Center for four+ years for chiropractic care and acupuncture. Both Dr. DiBella and Latham are professional and passionate about patient health and well-being. They practice holistically, are caring and helpful with alternative healing measures. I highly recommend all the services (most of which I have experienced) available at MCWC. The office staff is friendly and welcoming.
Five stars and A+ ratings all the way around. The are the BEST!“

7120 E Orchard Rd Ste 110, Centennial“If you are looking for physical therapy that actually gets results, look no further than The Fast Lab in Centennial. I have seen incredible progress in a remarkably short time, and it is all thanks to their unique, collaborative team approach.
Lee’s expertise is second to none; his ability to diagnose and create a strategic plan for recovery is impressive. This is perfectly complemented by Brian’s Sport Stretch, which has been a game-changer for my mobility, and Kenzie’s exercises, which are perfectly tailored to my goals and keep me moving forward.
What really sets them apart is how effective their team approach is—everyone is on the same page, and you truly feel supported from every angle. On top of the professional results, they are genuinely fun to work with, which makes the hard work of rehab so much more enjoyable. I can’t recommend them highly enough!“

6858 S Yosemite St, Centennial“I stumbled upon this gym after looking up fitness centers near my workplace. This place is different in the best way. It has made a difference in my life so far. I feel physically stronger and mentally stronger. My balance and mobility have even improved. I often learn new ways to care for myself here. I am really enjoying the workshops they host as well. I’ve attended a mobility and injury prevention workshop, hikes with the gym group, and running club on the weekend. It has lead me to believe that being active can be fun again.
My trainer, Kylie, has been patient and kind, but she challenges me as well. She never shames me for what I struggle with, which is different than other trainers I’ve had. I’ve had a few injuries when I was younger (car accident, skateboarding, snowboarding, running). Kylie makes sure to ask if I am experiencing any joint pain, and we also rate how difficult a lifting exercise is as well. Kylie also suggests new ways to stretch and strengthen target areas where I have become weak. Sam, another trainer at the gym, helps pace the run club on jogs and I really enjoy his enthusiasm and positivity. I’m so grateful to have found this place.“

7500 E Arapahoe Rd Ste 335, Centennial“After my former acupuncturist passed away, I went a few years without acupuncture before I found Kindra, and lots of my body became unbalanced. Then a friend told me about her. I have no idea how acupuncture does its magic. But she got me back in balance. She is welcoming, competent, kind, compassionate, asks questions and listens, does her magic in a beautiful, calm environment filled with fascinating charts. I’m so glad I found her.“
