Updating this post: saw Ms.Rebecca today and as usually she was the sweetest breath of sunshine. My aids we’re at there warranty end so they went on for a tuneup and came back quickly and in perfect condition. I highly recommended this practice.
Sabina Scott did a fantastic job administering my hearing test and discussing options to replace my current hearing aids that were acquired years ago from a different source and had become wonky. She also made repairs to them that reconciled the problems giving me more time to consider the path forward which is much appreciated.
