I brought them a very difficult case - my niece attempted to cut my pup’s hair, and let’s just say it didn’t work out so well. It was a pretty awful hack job, and I wasn’t holding out much hope it could be fixed. But Gwendolyn fixed it without a prob. She was able to blend the longer hair that hadn’t been touched with the shorter portions of his body that had been hacked, while still maintaining some of his scruffy charm without just buzzing everything and making him look like rat. Nice job. Highly recommend.
Gwen did an awesome job bathing and grooming my large and nervous Pyrenees puppy. She was able to get to areas and tangles/mats we have been trying everything to work out at home. Gwen was calm and soothing and took great care of Petal. Very easy to schedule and communicate with the shop owner as well.
My Charlee has been seeing Gwen for a couple of years now, so when she moved to the new location we were sure to follow! He just loves her! You can tell all of the stylist love what they do and their love for animals is strong. Its a bit of a drive for me, but once every 2-3 months is worth it!
