I was going to replace the battery for my iPhone 13 myself but I couldn’t get the screen to come off. I then took the unit to Laptop Repair Denver. They got it off and replaced the battery with one I had purchased. Obviously they couldn’t warranty my battery but I knew it that going in. I am very happy with their work.
I had such a great experience at Laptop Repair Denver located in Arapahoe and Peoria St. My work laptop shut down with no explanation and I was really concerned about loosing my data. Skyler received the laptop, explained what the assessment entailed very clearly with set timeframe and then asked me very helpful question to help her make a more accurate diagnosis. They responded with an assessment result a day earlier than expected! Even though my laptop was dead they were able to recover the data in two days. I appreciated their professionalism and openness to answer all sorts of questions. Great service!!!
