She even follows up weeks after your appointment to check in and make sure you’re still loving your brows, which truly shows how much she cares. My brows took a little extra time to get to the exact result I wanted—not because of anything Frankie did wrong, but because we were figuring out what worked best for my features and personal preferences. Throughout the entire process, Frankie made me feel supported, listened to, and cared for, always making sure I felt confident and happy with the outcome.

I had my first facial in probably 15 years by Maddee, she gives of such sweet vibes. The facial was amazing and then she gives a neck/shoulder/arm massage. The salon is so welcoming……I will be back. Thanks Madee 😊
