We love our basement. It turned out just how we thought it would and we couldn't be happier with the basement itself. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose JH again. With that said, communication within the company to us (the customer) is almost nonexistent. You will never know when or who is coming. There isn't a schedule that we were ever included on. It usually took several texts and calls to find out anything. The subs were outstanding. They did great work and were friendly and helpful each time they were here.
