We had a really great experience at Floyd's 99 Barbershop! I called to see what the wait time was and if an appointment was available, and we easily scheduled an appointment over the phone with the helpful and friendly employee who took the call. Once we got there, they checked us in and gave my son a sucker while he waited. My son is Autistic and haircuts can be challenging but Evelyn was absolutely fabulous, did a great looking cut FAST and encouraged him the entire time, asking him about the show he was watching, telling him he was doing a great job, and making sure they put me at ease as well. 100% our new barber!

absolutely amazing customer service. i usually cut my own hair and have a mild phobia of anyone touching my head by the artist took great care of me and was incredibly receptive to both my vague requests and did an an amazing job. let's be honest, it was a mess, i asked her to make me look professional and she did. love you guys, you'll see me again soon.

I haven't had a proper hair cut in a really long time. I knew I was overdue, because my layers were a hot mess. I also color my own hair and this last round of bleach and toner really fried the ends. I just needed it cut off so I could repair the damage I did lol.
Renee was so sweet I told her what happened. She didn't judge, didn't shame me for doing it. She recommended a shampoo and let me sit with a deep conditioner on my hair for a few minutes.
