We receive such incredible care for our pets at Festival Animal Clinic. From the front desk staff , with Karen and Debbie , to all the vet techs and all the veterinary doctors. We trust them with all of our pets for all of their needs and whatever else comes up in between! We love you Festival !!
I am so grateful to the staff at Festival. I had to euthanize my cat and the support I received was much appreciated. There were many little touches to help with the process and staff members who I've been working with for the past several years stopped by the room to offer concolences. Dr. Leenerts was off but the relief vet was kind, informative and affirming. Letting go of a fur baby is difficult and painful and there are not enough thank yous to convey my gratitude in the staffs ability to show warmth and care during the process.
We have had our sweet girl in several times for anal gland issues and we are once again here again and my poor girl is scared to death! We always hate this for our fur babies but Dr Costello Is absolutely precious with her, and I appreciate everyone’s compassion!
