He was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within just a few short days. The work involved mounting a large lcd tv parallel to a vaulted ceiling. However, when Jered realized the mount I had purchased wouldn't work, rather than reschedule as most companies would, he got on the phone to troubleshoot the problem. He then spent the next few hours coming up with a solution and geting all the necessary materials. Despite the unexpected problems, he got everything done done perfectly that day, and when I needed to exchange the tv the following week, he went out of his way to come back twice, once to remove the old tv and a second time to put up the new one.
