Laundry was clean and done correctly however, website states $4.29 per pound for wash and fold. This was NOT the case. After receiving my laundry, processing the payment and weighing my laundry when I got home, I realized I was actually charged way more than the 4.29. When I return to the establishment to inquire about this overcharge, I was informed it is $6.99 per pound because they are franchise and that the pricing on the website was incorrect. If you are going to charge that price, at least communicate it with your customers or advertise the prices. Will not be returning since I was charged $92 for 13 pounds of laundry.

They did a good job, though it was pretty expensive, and they only gave us a 2 hour window to pick up our clothes, and when I came, they weren't ready. I had to wait there while they bagged it up.

Ridiculously overpriced…$110 for 7 items (non specialty items) and told I couldn’t use the coupon at the time of pick up. Never heard of such a thing…will never go back or to other locations.
