Dropped in here while I was in town from out of state and had a great experience. Kendra was an awesome coach. She was very thorough with her explanations and did a great job coaching us through the warm-up, strength work, and metcon.
The gym itself was very clean, the equipment was well maintained, and everyone in the class was welcoming. They also follow PRVN programming, which I really enjoyed. The programming is well thought out and provides plenty of options to accommodate athletes of all levels.
Definitely a great gym to drop into if you’re traveling through the area!

Great community and very welcoming to any level of athlete. Very large space and class sizes are always manageable. Coaches have time to talk to each athlete, discuss any scaling or modifications and make sure each work out pushes you on that day. The owner (Jason) also finds ways to add a little extra. Cold plunge, sauna and a new on-site partnership for additional recovery, rehab and body maintenance. It’s a great place to make your first introduction to CrossFit, drop in from out of town or continue pushing yourself with Crossfit
