Excellent visit! Upon arrival, my pet was greeted by name weighed And shown into an Exam room with a home, life environment with two chairs, a carpet, and a basket of toys.
Dr Pfaff And technicians alike got down on the floor and do their best to have an stress-free exam and visit.
The visit isn’t rushed you feel like a priority where their time is taken and asking questions doing a full exam and really getting to know your pet.
Their follow through on agreed-upon treatment and procedures was excellent.
And the checkout process happens in the room as well, avoiding any conflict in the waiting room with new arrivals.
