Shannon is amazing and her studio is such a cool and inviting space! I can’t say enough good things about her and my group’s Pilates experience. She is so friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and made myself and all of my friends feel so comfortable and have SO much fun! Highly reccomend!!
Shannon is an incredibly talented Pilates instructor. She knows so much about movement and the body, so she is able to adapt the class and moves to your body. I love the small class sizes so you get personalized attention. She’s also kind and funny, which makes the classes enjoyable. I feel stronger and more flexible since starting at her studio a few months ago. I feel very lucky I found her!
I feel so lucky to have found Shannon and her alignment practices at Fine Balance Pilates studio. She is able to provide individual focus in each and every class and her passion to the craft shines through. She is walking distance from my house which is an obvious plus. I'm in the midst of Shannon and Pilates transforming my body and mind all the while having fun. Thanks for being awesome Shannon.
