I feel so lucky to have found Shannon and her alignment practices at Fine Balance Pilates studio. She is able to provide individual focus in each and every class and her passion to the craft shines through. She is walking distance from my house which is an obvious plus. I'm in the midst of Shannon and Pilates transforming my body and mind all the while having fun. Thanks for being awesome Shannon.

No matter your level, Shannon’s personalized approach will help you not only reach your goals, but exceed them. I cannot recommend her enough!
I have had the best time at Shannon’s studio. She is hands on and makes sure that proper form is being practiced all while hosting a fun and exciting class. After 1 month I already feel stronger, have more energy and see results! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a nice boutique Pilates studio.
