Always enjoyed my workouts here. The environment is very welcoming with coaches and other trainers. Dont need to be intimated. Love the 1 on 1. Only thing is that coaches have their own way of doing things so had different techniques I was shown. Every workout was different and liked to see my workout summary at the end. Would join again if I move back to this area.

I have been a member at 9 Round Centennial for over a year!I.LOVE.9Round!These are a few of my favorite things…?Having a different workout daily mixes things up!?Access to a trainer, who demonstrates the various activities makes this membership priceless!?I appreciate the trainers who remember that I have low back issues and a previous shoulder injury—they make modifications accordingly!?Community—I enjoy the trainers and other members. I have been a member at 9 Round for over a year, and I LOVE it! I have never stayed as committed to a workout regimen like i do with 9 Round (attend 4-5 times weekly). I appreciate a different work out each day, I enjoy meeting other members and forming friendships, and I like having a trainer available to show me proper technique. Thanks 9Round Centennial (East) for being my gym family!
