I always stop by Bella Capelli when I am in town, there are always new arrivals in the boutique and something new happening in the salon! Highly recommend going to check it out!

I had my hair done by Karissa and she was wonderful. I deeply appreciate how she took her time to address everything I had mentioned before we began even though my toddler was being restless. I don't normally have to bring her but the girls in the shop helped out and found something to entertain my toddler so Karissa could finish my hair. I also always have to stop and look through all the new things in the Boutique! Love the people and environment, gorgeous little shop that is a must see!

This is such a wonderful place to not only get work done but to also shop! I have gotten my hair styled, nails done and have picked up multiple different items of clothing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I’m really sad with my experience here. I got there a little before 1pm on Thursday and didn’t end up being able to leave until 9pm. I tried leaving multiple times and constantly kept saying it’s good enough and I’ll fix it at home, but she kept going. Four of my friends came and waited with me from 6pm- 9pm. I left with half of my hair dry and only half styled because I couldn’t stay any longer. I sat there for 7-8 hours with no water, no food, and I was unable to leave. I asked to leave multiple times and every time she had an excuse on why I didn’t need to leave. I asked for blonde/white and red highlights and I’m so sad with how my hair turned out, it’s nothing like I wanted. The entirety of my time there, she would go in the back room for 20-30 mins at time after only working on my hair for 20 mins each time and came back sniffing and shaking. There was snot dripping onto the map below me and the sound of it echoed through the building and it all we could hear. When my friends got there she turned the music off and barely said a word, even though when it was just me and her she was friendly and nice and the music was playing. I thought the salon closed at 4pm and I didn’t plan on staying there any later than that, but she was in the middle of doing my hair for sooo long and I thought it would’ve turned out the way I wanted it too. I would’nt have minded the bad experience or the long wait if it was what I wanted. I paid $225 to make my hair look worse than it did when I went in.

I have been going to Bella Capelli for 3 years now and have always been happy with the services here. The boutique is really nice, too:-) Allie is a great aestheticIan, she does nails for our entire family, including our 89 year old dad who suffers from advanced dementia. She is always patient and warm with him, making him feel comfortable in her chair. Great salon, friendly atmosphere and good prices.

I've worked with two ladies (Danita and Allie) from Bella Capelli and have had AMAZING experiences with both. Danita is incredible with hair and I can't even tell you how many people in town swear by Allie's pedicure skills - I think she might be nominated for sainthood soon. The prices are also very fair, and the quality has always been consistent. Highly recommend this salon.
