Our Maltipoo Trixie is five years old and has been groomed since she was a baby. We are new to Castle Rock and this is our first time going to The Grooming Lounge. When we picked her up I couldn’t believe how amazing she looked! She looked like a show dog!! She was perfect!! I didn’t know she could look this good!! And price was very reasonable!!

I brought my Pomeranian to Crystal for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was so gentle and patient, which made my pup feel comfortable right away. Crystal really understands how to work with Pomeranians—the cut came out fluffy, even, and absolutely adorable. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the trim to the little details around the face and paws.
Not only did my dog look amazing afterward, but he also came home happy and relaxed instead of stressed out, which says a lot about her care and professionalism. You can tell she truly loves what she does and treats each dog like her own.
I have to be very cautious and particular where I take my adopted/rescued dogs for bathing, brushing, de-shedding and grooming. I have been to many different grooming facilities and have never had better experiences than we have here. I know my fur babies are comfortable and treated with love and gentle care. Our dogs have come from being homeless/fosters to now enjoying their special day being groomed, forming a special relationship with the stylists and having a special spa day. I am always confident in knowing my dogs are cared for and treated well here and can’t speak highly enough of The Grooming Lounge.
