Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He explained what needed to be done to repair the problem, prepared a quick estimate that I accepted and performed the repair quickly. It cost a little more than I expected though….but in the long run it is worth it. I would highly recommend him!
Matt tested the electrical on our hot tub today and within a few minutes was able to diagnose the blower motor as the issue. He was incredibly informed about our next steps and even recommended new motors with accurate voltage to buy.
Very polite and respectful, great communication. The AC was making a clicking noise which Chris checked out to be nothing related to the motor. Paid 89.00 for the survives check. Turned out the clicking noise was the door vibrating when the unit was running.
