I recently had Lewis Brothers Plumbing & Hvac come out for a leaking water heater and a pressure problem in the home. Scheduling was simple, and the office team kept me well informed from start to finish. Marvin did a great job with communication and kept me updated on the technician’s arrival. A leaking water valve in my parents’ condo was dripping into the unit below, so we needed a skilled plumber fast. Another plumber first checked it out, but the issue was not explained clearly and the repair quote was far too high. Then Roger came out, found the real problem quickly, and repaired it the right way. He was patient and kind with my elderly mother and also respectful to the older couple downstairs. Roger stayed professional the whole time, communicated everything in simple terms, and made the plumbing repair process much less stressful. This was my second time using this plumbing service, and both experiences have been excellent. I highly recommend them,...read full review
