Lannie was incredibly thorough listening to concerns and then did a detailed job spraying both indoors and outdoors. He communicated what he was doing and how it would help and scheduled return appointments before leaving. They are owned locally.

We've used Omni's for past couple of years after leaving another company who had poor communication with us. They have done a fantastic job in controlling pests (we have none in the house!) and communicating when they will perform our service. The technician always calls to let us know when he's headed our way. I left a message over the weekend about a large wasps nest we'd found. They responded by phone Monday morning first thing and today (Wednesday), Kevin, our technician, called when he was headed our way, then when he arrived to make sure our concerns were taken care of. We have had an awesome experience with Omnis. We have been seeing wasps on one side of the house outside, spiders in the basement and ants are taking over the backyard.
