If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, my intial contract of 24 months was signed with Evergreen Pest Control in May 2021. The agreement was $50 monthly with quarterly services. Those services were performed as agreed by Enviropest (who took over for Evergreen) until the 4 th quarter of 2023. The last time a tech was at my home was August 30,2023 and no communication from the company as to why I was skipped for theb4th quarter. My December payment to them was rejected in December and they sent me an invoice saying my payment was overdue. It would have in fact been overdue but the company overlooked the fact that they didn't even offer to schedule a service for Q4. On Jan 23, I requested my account be closed and would have left it at that, but I was told they couldn't close it because I didn't pay for December and therefore owed them money. Which is humorous because they hadn't provided me the service I paid for. I was also told my request for a refund for the 2of 3 months in the fourth quarter that I had paid (and again, not received service) would be "forwarded to accounting". They proceeded to charge me for January only 2 days later. I called again that day and was given the same runaround about forwarding my request to accounting by another representative (this one, at least, pretended to understand it was wrong to expect to be paid for services not performed). That rep told me to give it two weeks, so I let it rest until 2/13/24, at which time, followed up and told the exact same excuse "forward to accounting", and again today, forwarded to accounting is the only excuse I got. I did manage to get the representative on 1/25 to zero my account, and was told it was closed, but in checking my own account on their online payment site, they are still poised to continue withdrawing the $53 a month. This caused me to have to spend my time and money calling my bank to suspend these withdrawals. Additionally, have filed complaints with Colorado Attorney General and BBB. Stay away unless you want to continue your pay infinitely without getting the service you pay for (I promise I will get my money back by all legal means at my disposal).
They came to my property on their own will, and we turned them away because we were remodeling our kitchen. Now we are in December and they trying to charge me for service we never received nor we never scheduled for their services ? and I'm still waiting to hear back from a manager which Im starting to believe they will never call me back. My advice will be to stay away from them!!!
