First time coming here. Came in because my glasses broke. Special thanks to Alyssa who was friendly and fixed them for me. And they didn’t charge any fees to fix it. Definitely will be coming back 🙂

I’m a long-time Europtics customer. Today, May 2026, a temple broke on my office glasses. David, Beth, and Alyssa found a replacement and worked on it about 10 minutes until it was perfect. I’m very happy!
