The tech, Bryan, was very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated the communication regarding a few outstanding items that he will be researching and talking with the owners and the property management company about. He is scheduled to return to address the remaining items on Friday, August 8.

John was a great technician. Our kitchen sink was loose and freely moving, and needed to be re-caulked. John was super polite, efficient and also very friendly to my cats. Would recommend and I will be using this company in the future!
