I've used HFS twice now to replace current flooring with both carpet and LVP. In both cases they did an excellent job.
The workers showed up on time and completed the projects in a timely fashion, and I am very pleased with both the material and labor quality.
At one point we discovered some old tile glued to the kitchen floor that was hidden underneath hardwood. HFS spent half a day removing it, and it was not easy for them.
Wesley and his crew were wonderful to work with. Wesley is a perfectionist, and that’s what you want in someone who is working such a visible part of your home’s look. Even with floor imperfections that I was okay with, Wesley and his crew worked to rectify before starting the finish work. Wesley has a great eye for install and colors, and that translated to a fantastic end result for our wood floors that we are so happy with. Wesley helped us with several color options and let us experiment with stain mixes to find just the right tone for our taste. He laced in new wood with old wood, and left the transitions invisible. We bought a new home and, after replacing the LVP with stone floors, we took out the carpet in the bedrooms and had Wesley and his crew redo them in solid wood. They are very professional and detailed in their work. Wesley knows the wood options and was great at steering us to what we wanted. We were happy with the floors when he was done. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who wants beautiful wood floors.
