I called them on a whim to get pet stains and odor removed and I’m beyond impressed with their services. The quote they gave me over the phone was exactly what I was charged. The technician was kind and walked me through her process. She was in and out in about an hour. The pet stains are gone and even better, the odor was also removed. The carpets were really dirty but Derek came in and sprayed the pre cleaning stuff. He then went over it withe the steam cleaner again and again until it looked great. Derek was a real professional that knew what he was doing and explained it all to me as he did the job. Great guy, fantastic job.
