Kim did a really nice job. She cleaned an area rug and a couple recliners. The area rug had a tough stain on it that I thought would never come out. She treated the rug and took great care cleaning it - the stain came completely out! Very pleasant lady and conscientious. Excellent work and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
We called to make an appointment to have our carpets cleaned and were surprised to get a next day appointment on a Sunday! Derrick did a quick and amazing job. Was kind and friendly to our children and ourselves! Took the time to tell us to be careful coming up and down our steps while they are wet! He also cleaned our couch and big rug for us and they turned out amazing. We will definitely be requesting Derrick again from this company!! Thank you Derrick ?
