Black Diamond Eye Care provides exceptional service with a kind and caring staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients with disabilities and are patient with children. The team is professional, understanding, and always smiling. They make the exam process easy and take care of patients' needs. The doctors, including Dr. Courtney and Dr. Hall, are thorough, passionate, and skilled at making patients feel comfortable. The technicians, like Jesse, are excellent at going through initial testing and keeping patients at ease, even entertaining children with ADHD. The staff is friendly, helpful, and never rushed, creating a positive experience for everyone. Black Diamond Eye Care is highly recommended, especially for those requiring extra accommodations.
Had a great experience! Jasmin spent so much time with me helping me figure out which frames I like. She was so patient and gave me all the time I needed to make sure I was happy with my choice. Dr. Morris gave me extra time and answered some questions I had well after my appointment ended to give me the assurance I needed. Jaya, who first saw me, was also super kind and fun. She got all my initial testing done and was kind enough to laugh at my lame jokes.
All of the providers were amazing! Emily is a blessing from god! She helped me pick out glasses, was personable, loving and helped me with my payment while I was short due to unexpected life situations. A employee and women like this deserves nothing short of the lords blessings. She has the sweetest heart while she holds professionalism. Give this women a raise 💕
First time into Black Dimond and I was treated like an old friend. Staff were professional and friendly. Eye Doc was really efficient and thorough. So glad that I chose Black Diamond. Enthusiastically recommend.
