Thank you to the entire staff at Black Diamond. From start to finish…You all went above and beyond for my 20 year old daughter who has disabilities. You were all kind understanding and did not rush the exam or the process when she chose glasses. ?
Dr. Courtney and team do an amazing job with my entire family. She is very kind, patient and helpful with our kids. We appreciate her and the entire staff, especially Joelle at the front desk, as they take care of you and make everything easy.
Since I’m clumsy, I am always dropping my glasses. I find myself coming into the office for adjustments more than most. I have always found the staff professional, caring, and always with a smile. As a disabled Marine, with a service animal, I require extra accommodations. The staff is more understanding to my needs than other doctors offices I’ve been to. I highly recommend Black Diamond Eye Care, and especially to other vets.
