The team is professional, understanding, and always smiling. They make the exam process easy and take care of patients' needs. The doctors, including Dr. Courtney and Dr. Hall, are thorough, passionate, and skilled at making patients feel comfortable. The technicians, like Jesse, are excellent at going through initial testing and keeping patients at ease, even entertaining children with ADHD. The staff is friendly, helpful, and never rushed, creating a positive experience for everyone. Black Diamond Eye Care is highly recommended, especially for those requiring extra accommodations.
