Dr. Moen has been my optometrist for more than 5 years. He is knowledgeable, welcomes questions, and explains thoroughly what the eye exam shows. The office staff are friendly and expert in their roles as well. Thanks to all at Elevation for the fine care.
Elevation Vision picked out the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. When I put them on to play tennis (or less importantly, pickleball), they protect my eyes, provide me clarity and ultimately open a galaxy of endless opportunities. I have been coming to Elevation for the past couple of years and every time it is the best clinical experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I had back to back appointments this evening and had our toddler with us. All staff members were extremely nice, helpful, and patient with us. They have fun picture books that are all eye/sight themed! They allowed my very curious son to be included in the process of choosing frames for us and we never felt apologetic like he was a nuisance or anything like that. Staff worked closely with us to try and get us the best overall deals with our insurance and we never felt pressured by any upselling. And they were genuinely nice people...read full review
