Black Diamond Eye Care provides exceptional service with a kind and caring staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients with disabilities and are patient with children. The team is professional, understanding, and always smiling. They make the exam process easy and take care of patients' needs. The doctors, including Dr. Courtney and Dr. Hall, are thorough, passionate, and skilled at making patients feel comfortable. The technicians, like Jesse, are excellent at going through initial testing and keeping patients at ease, even entertaining children with ADHD. The staff is friendly, helpful, and never rushed, creating a positive experience for everyone. Black Diamond Eye Care is highly recommended, especially for those requiring extra accommodations.
Five Star Review! The doctor has been patient working through a million questions. On top of it, Emily has been phenomenal to work with. She found the perfect selection of frames for me to choose from combining my style and face shape for a set of frames I may not have chosen for myself, but love and get complimented regularly. Excellent service all the way around!
