My first horse yoga with my horse was so special and fun. Despite the cool temps and wind, we adapted (Danny's theme) and had such an enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to all.

Absolutely recommend! Danny helps guide you in a way that is easy to follow and understand, even if you have no prior yoga experience. I learned a lot of great tips, especially when it comes to connecting with your horse. Her book is also a phenomenal guide to practicing at home, and makes a great gift.

The Equestrian Yoga with Danny was wonderful! I had never done any type of yoga, so this was a very new experience for me. I have recently started riding a new horse. We seemed to be doing well, but about a week before the class, she throw me off on the trail. Danny helped me reconnect with her and reduce my anxiety. The breathing techniques were particularly helpful, and the different poses really loosened me up. My horse and I were very relaxed and started connecting right from the beginning of the session.I'm looking forward to taking another class in the future. I would highly recommend this to all riders.
