“I didn’t know what to expect so I had no expectations going in. As a former licensed massage therapist, I know that some people have the touch and gift of massage and it may take a few massages here and there to find them. I can say with confidence that Mariela has this gift! She is attentive to trigger points and when the pressure is to much. She instructs when to breath deep and helps relax the muscles faster and breath through deep work. She also breaths with you and sets the intention of muscle tension release, which is critical when doing body work. Mariela understands exactly where the attachment points are and utilizes a broad knowledge base of how to obtain either relaxation or deep trigger points release. I will be going back to see her again. I found my lifetime body worker!“
