original: I really wanted to love this place because I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses, and maybe this was just an off day, but I left feeling uncomfortable.

Throughout my appointment, the stylist repeatedly spoke negatively about other clients, describing them as “gross” and criticizing them. It made the atmosphere awkward, and although I should have spoken up about my own concerns, I honestly felt too uncomfortable to do so. I couldn’t help but wonder whether I would be talked about the same way after I left.

The haircut seemed okay at first, but the styling was not what I was expecting. I had hoped for a smooth, polished blowout, but my hair was dried roughly without a concentrator and was not fully dry when I left. Once I got home, I also noticed several uneven pieces.

I’m not looking for a refund or trying to cause problems. I just don’t think it’s appropriate to spend an appointment speaking negatively about previous clients, especially when it creates an environment where someone feels too awkward to speak up about their own service. I truly hope this was just an off day, because I really did want to have a good experience here.“

My daughter is autistic and is very welcomed and understood by everyone who works in this establishment. I can't believe people in 2026 still want prices like in the 90's. The cost of everything has gone up in the world. Getting your nails done isn't a right it is a luxury. Trust me none of the pricing comments would want to pay what I am charged for mine and my daughters nails and that's if its just our nails. If we get the pedicures as well our bill is almost 5 times the 60 dollar complaint i seen and I tip very well to every single person that has a part in our services. I am a single blue collar mom that makes sure when we walk in my daughter and I get everything we desire and every single person who works in this establishment works very hard and earns every cent of the money they make. We get designs and thicker nails because we ask for it. So before walking in even the very first time I call and ask if its a good day and we are Always accommodated from day one. This is a fabulous place to get your nails done and is clean and professional.“
