Felicity is a nice stylist, I just think she needs to listen to her clients more. I was donating my hair and asked Felicity for the rest of my hair to be layered. I know she had to make it even but I feel she cut more than what was necessary. Im unable to put it in a ponytail now which I specifically asked for.
