Fabulous company and great craftsmanship. Our entire first floor needed to be redone. They removed the old tile , wood , carpet flooring which was alot of work and then had to level the first floor before installation. The new coretec flooring is just amazing! The installation team was efficient and careful! They had skills and experience to make the floor look as great and seamless as possible. I will hire this wonderful company for my second floor!

I cannot recommend Ed Jenkins enough! Ed is one of the most thorough home inspectors I have ever used; not only does he take his time to investigate every nook and cranny of the house, but he also is engaging, friendly and was more than patient explaining everything about my home to me. He is obviously highly educated in all aspects of home construction. He looks at the tiniest details, as well as the whole property in a holistic way as well. And his prices are affordable for the ordinary working-class homeowner, which is near impossible to find anymore in Carbondale. An exceptional value and 5 star quality service!

I have been having my hair done at Shade since I moved to Carbondale in 2019. Kerri was a skilled colorist and I was sad to see her go, as every good stylist I’ve ever had moves away. However, in this case it has worked out because I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Mahala. I am almost hesitant to write a review because it’s so impossible to find a good stylist, but she deserves so much praise. My biggest factor when choosing a salon, besides skill or experience, is someone that is easygoing and can make conversation. Mahala is so warm and friendly- I feel like I have known her for years. A good stylist feels like an instant friend. Not only that, but she listened to me and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I’ll be going back to Shade for all of my future haircuts, and hopefully some color as well. The vibe of this Salon is laid back, and it’s incredibly conveniently located as well.Service: Haircut

I see Liz regularly as part of my physical therapy regiment. I also sneak in a deep tissue or Swedish massage here and there. She also coordinated an in home couples massage (pic) for a date night for me.

I needed a fence to contain my dog but wasn't crazy about the idea of a claustrophobic solid fence. Brian suggested a split rail fence with wire mesh on the inside. I love it and so does my dog. His crew was very neat and professional.

I originally went to Dr. Cherie for chronic neck pain from a rear end collision. Later I got treatment while trying to conceive. I was able to sustain my pregnancy which successfully went to full term. My child was born with a flat like head from sitting too long for work. Dr. Cherie has a unique quality of whole body and mind care. I often thought she could hear what my pain points wanted her to know. We had such a wonderful experience bringing our cat Lazer to this vet clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, patient, and clearly cared about both pets and their humans. They handled Lazer gently, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us.
It’s never easy bringing a cat to the vet, but they made the whole visit calm and stress-free. You can tell this team truly loves what they do and treats every animal like their own. We left feeling reassured, informed, and grateful.
