I cannot recommend Ed Jenkins enough! Ed is one of the most thorough home inspectors I have ever used; not only does he take his time to investigate every nook and cranny of the house, but he also is engaging, friendly and was more than patient explaining everything about my home to me. He is obviously highly educated in all aspects of home construction. He looks at the tiniest details, as well as the whole property in a holistic way as well. And his prices are affordable for the ordinary working-class homeowner, which is near impossible to find anymore in Carbondale. An exceptional value and 5 star quality service!
I would highly recommend Ed. He was very professional and explained his inspection throughly. What I liked more is that his inspection included photos of everything he inspected, which really came in handy when getting bids for repairs.
