Our well pump went out on us on Monday morning. We called Schaal Drilling only after calling two other companies, as the others were closer. One company never answered and the other was too busy to help. Not only did we get a very nice lady on the phone from Schaal to help us with our emergency situation, but she transferred us to Tino, who promised to come take a look later in the day. We had the distinct impression that they were just as busy as the other companies and were quite a lot further away, but they understood our problem and made the time and the trip to get to us.
