Had a last minute heater issue before the first freeze. I was worried since I have two small kids. They came out way sooner than initially thought and everything was fixed perfectly.
Our furnace was blowing cold air. We called another company but they didn't service our model of furnace.?♀️. I called Plaines heating and AC. They sent a very nice man out who did a very thorough inspection. He found our furnace was no longer operational and was emitting carbon monoxide. He shut our furnace down. Thank heavens we had a wood burning stove. Within a couple of days they were out and installed a new furnace and AC unit. The installers were very professional. They were young and very polite. They finished in a few hours, cleaned up the work site. They explained in detail how to program and set the new thermostat. This company is fantastic.... read full review
Plains installed our AC unit last year and it has worked great! After one of the storms this summer our compressor started rattling and making a lot of noise. I called them and the company sent Michael out the same day. He identified the issue and had it fixed under warranty within a week. I definitely recommend Plains for any HVAC needs you might have.
