“Reviews can be hard and I just want to say, I appreciate Antero Septic and Ashley for their understanding and hard work. Mistakes happen and my septic got pumped accidently, let me add it definately needed it. My neighbor apologize for adding some confusion with addresses and I got a letter from Ashley saying they mistakingly pumped our septic. They didn't ask for a payment. I called to try to pay something being it felt like the right thing to do and I was still told not to worry about it.
Great customer service and I'll be using them and recommend Antero Septic to others.”
