Im in southern Minnesota. I had Oxi Fresh come to my camper to clean the carpet. I don't see any difference after they cleaned it. I will not be using this company again.

We got our carpets and three couches cleaned by Oxi Fresh last week and they did a great job. We had carpet replaced around 2020 and have neglected the carpets since then. We have a dog that sheds year round. Even with regular vacuuming, they pulled so much hair out of the carpet. It was amazing and gross. 🤣🤷♀️ They also used their deodorizer that smelled so good and even when the smell faded, the couches and carpet were left with a neutral smell, no dog smell at all. We will definitely be using Oxi Fresh regularly to help maintain our carpets. They were also professional and worked quickly given how much hair they pulled up. Thank you!

I had my carpets in my home cleaned about 5 weeks ago and was very unhappy with the results for the amount of money that I paid. I have called to the office twice and spoke with a gentleman and he said that he would relay the message to the owner but have not heard from them at all. There were several areas where the carpet looks like he did not even touch. I’ve have had other companies clean my white carpet and they have done great a job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have pictures of the areas that I was unsatisfied with I just don’t know how to post so people could see the work that they done.
