Our white water rafting guide Gustavo was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip both exciting and safe, his clear instructions and positive attitude gave everyone confidence to enjoy the rapids to the fullest. We had an unforgettable adventure and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and well-organized rafting experience.

The rafting trip was incredible! Even though the water level was lower, it was still a 10/10 experience. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the amazing team leading it — from the raft guides to the driver. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.

I was really looking forward to this trip and had everything planned weeks in advance, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The issues started immediately when I called to make the reservation. The person helping me repeatedly entered the booking incorrectly, and at one point even tried booking me outside of the date range I had specifically requested. I had to call back myself to get it corrected.
I flew in from out of town and understood that weather issues can happen, so I was willing to be flexible when things needed to be rescheduled. However, the communication and handling of the situation were extremely frustrating. The first reschedule call came almost at 9 PM the night before. They refunded me at that point, but then after rebooking, I was driving from Denver — a 2.5-hour drive — when they called again only 45 minutes before my scheduled booking, with me already about 30 minutes away.
In the end, they only refunded the activities and offered an apology. After all the time, travel, and inconvenience involved, I expected much better customer service and communication.

Went for the Via Ferrata experience, but all I got was a few ziplines and an auto-belay. More hiking than anything else.
